Samsung launched One UI 6.1 and Galaxy AI in January 2024 with the Galaxy S24 series. Since the launch, Samsung has made 9 more flagship models available. One UI 6.1 comes with many new features and enhancements that will deliver an excellent experience. The update reintroduces a key feature called screen burn-in protection that is essential for OLED screen devices.

In the previous version of One UI 6.0, screen burn-in protection was missing, which was a major concern for users, But the new version One UI 6.1 has solved this problem to the satisfaction of Galaxy device users.

This feature helps prevent static images or icons from remaining visible even after the screen is turned off. This feature has only been confirmed on the Galaxy S23 series so far, hopefully Samsung will maintain consistency across all its devices.

On March 28, the One UI 6.1 update started rolling out for the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Tab S9 series, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy S23 FE. Samsung is now working to extend this update to the Galaxy S22 series, Fold 4, and Flip 4 smartphones on a regular basis.
