Manu Sharma, Vice President and General Manager, Nothing India, has decided to step down from his role. He has been leading all Indian operations of For Nothing since February 2021.

He recently shared a post on LinkedIn about his decision to step down from his role.

As we are soon approaching the year 2024, I am excited to share that I have decided to move on from Nothing. The past three years have been eventful and unforgettable. It has been the most fortunate and incredible time of my life to establish the Ground Zero to Nothing brand in India. Due to personal reasons, the decision to proceed was taken after careful discussion. Nothing but India is in an incredibly strong position, with a very strong pipeline of products in 2024 and a very capable team. I am very excited about the adventure that awaits, but I am not leaving yet and will stay with Nothing India till the end of January 2024. Good luck and stay tuned.

He said that the decision to leave Nothing India came after deep deliberation due to personal reasons and he is not going to leave Nothing India with immediate effect but by the end of January 2024.

His departure is a big blow to Nothing India as he has been leading the Indian operations for over 3 years and has been successful in establishing the brand from ground zero and reaching out to the audience. Also, his departure comes at a time when Nothing is trying to establish itself as a premium smartphone brand in India, which will impact the execution of plans for Nothing in India.
