How to Update?
If you have not received this update, you can manually update your OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite using local update. So, to update your phone locally, you need to download the following files:

How to do a Local Update?
To perform a local update, first of all, you need to open Settings -> About device -> Click on the blue OxygenOS version box. Then you have to tap on the three dots present at the top right. There you will see three options. Of those three, you have to click on Local Update. Then select the update package you downloaded.
Note: If you haven’t seen the local update option, you just need to enable developer options by tapping the build number 7 times.
